Shipping & Delivery

When it comes to delivery, we understand the need for speed. If we’ve got what you’ve ordered in our warehouse, we’ll aim to dispatch it within 24 hours. And if we haven’t got it, we’ll arrange for your order to be dispatched directly from the manufacturer.

The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality, check, and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

** Some product might be shipped out separately and arrive on difference time because we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices. **

Delivery normally takes between 7-28 business days, depending on where you live.
Note that for some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched we’ll send you an email with information on how to you can track it.

Changes Request

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it, unfortunately. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment.

Customs Fees

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
