Anywhere in the world, our product will be shipped right to your doorstep.
If you have ordered more than one item, it is very likely that you’re going receive them separately.
We are trying to ship the items the soonest, so for any changes like:
- Change of address or personal information
- Change of specifications like product, size, color
feel free to send us a message at email@example.com within 12 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled.
Within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive a notification email containing your tracking number.
If you do not receive such an email within 7 business days, please contact us!
We securely accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
We do apologize that personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on deliveries (C.O.D) are not accepted on our website.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
If the item you received is damaged/defective, we are happy to send you a replacement. Please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will also need you to send us a photo/video of the item you received.
